Industrial Steel & Boiler Services, Inc. (ISB) was founded as a small shop in 1991 by William O’Neil and Gayle Rae. ISB rapidly expanded to a full service, one-stop-shop for industrial, commercial, and power plant solutions.
Alex Korobkov began his career with ISB in 2001 as a boilermaker and became the owner in 2018. He learned every aspect of the business from the ground up through mentorship with Bill and Gayle. Alex’s experience in hands-on repair, equipment maintenance, ASME certified welding, and directing operations gives ISB a unique competitive advantage.
